Reach out: 1) if you are interested in learning more about psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy and whether it would be a good fit for your needs, 2) if you have already done your research or have been referred to receive psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, or 3) if you have already had psychedelic experiences or received therapy and are looking to make sense of your insights and challenges.

I have had the privilege of facilitating psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (psilocybin) sessions at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine as well as completing the COMPASS Pathways psilocybin therapist training. I have been engaged in providing education about the therapeutic use of psychedelics (e.g., at the UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services) and opportunities to engage in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy if it is an appropriate fit. I am also an activist facilitating discussions about the importance of accessibility and inclusivity of plant medicines to serve the needs of the global psychedelic community. This requires commitment to an anti-racist and de-colonial use of plant medicine.

The process of integration involves sharing insights as well as challenges that arise during psychedelic experiences. In these sessions, we discuss any thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, visions, and ideas that are brought about with psychedelic experiences. This process can help to identify and solidify meaningful experiences that can help with daily functioning and overall well-being.
